Welcome to the world of Defiance! Before you create your character and start your journey in Terra-Earth, you need to carefully read over this guide, that way you aren't completely lost!
First off, the dice system is very simple. I don't normally like using dice in forum roleplays, but the dice system implemented makes attribute rolling and combat go by very smooth and fair!
DefianceRPG uses one 10-sided dice to roll for skills and for combat purposes. There is also some slight modifiers, which varies on race and equipment, some battlefields also have modifiers of their own. The dice roller is built in with the forum and all you have to do to use it is post a reply and at the bottom of the message you pick your dice and how many dice you want to roll. After you finish reading this guide and you pick a race https://defiancerpg.rpg-board.net/f1-playable-races then you can roll for your stats in this thread "-WIP-" Remember when rolling for stats you roll one 10-sided die, add in your race modifiers and also, no stat can exceed 9. All stats have to be 9 and under. If you have more than two 9's then you need to re-roll your two highest stats.
